Preparation
The game board is placed on a large table. GENERAL FUND cards and OCCASION cards are placed upside down in the available squares. Players are initially given $15,000 (varies). All LAND BUILDING cards, houses, hotels, are handed over to the bank. Bank officials are chosen by one of the players.
Money Sharing
Each player is initially given $15,000 in cash divided into the following values:
$5000 = 2 Sheets, $1000 = 2 Sheets, $500 = 3 Sheets, $200 = 3 Sheets, $100 = 6 Sheets, $50 = 3 Sheets, $20 = 5 Sheets, $10 = 5 Sheets
Beginning
Players take turns shuffling the dice, the highest number plays first. The game starts from the START tile. After that, the player's pawns take turns according to the number of the dice to the tile according to the arrow. Where the player's pawns stop, BUILDING LAND etc. can be bought, and pay rent if the BUILDING LAND is already owned by someone, or pay taxes and so on. And if the two dice show the same number the player can still walk, but on the third throw it still shows the same number, then the player must immediately go to jail.

Stop at the building land that no one owns
If a player stops on a BUILDING LAND that is not owned by another person (with the number of road dice numbers, or because of a CHANCE card and or GENERAL FUND card) the player has the right to buy the building land at a predetermined price, through the bank. After buying building land and getting a title card from the bank, the card must be placed on the table. If the player does not want to buy the building land that is his right, he must return it to the bank to sell it to the highest bidder. All players have the right to make offers, including those who refuse the purchase.
Stop at the land that people own
If a player stops on a building land that is already owned by another player (with the number of road dice or because it is required by the CHANCE card or GENERAL FUND), the owner of the building land has the right to collect rent on the land according to the rate set on the title card. Furthermore, if houses or hotels are built on the building land, the rent can be collected at a higher rate than the land that has not been built. Land that is mortgaged to the bank is not entitled to collect rent and the card must be placed upside down.
ATTENTION: If a land owner forgets to collect rent, he will in turn lose his rights. (rent can not be collected anymore)
Advantage for players It is an advantage for each player who owns a building complex (eg New Delhi, Riyadh, Moscow). Because then he is entitled to collect rent on the building land 2 times. Houses and hotels can only be built on one complex of building land. The advantage of building houses and hotels is that their owners can collect much more rent than complexes that are still empty.
Stop at CHANCE or GENERAL FUND
The player takes the top card, after following the instructions in it, the card is returned under itself. Only "Get Out of Jail" cards can be kept until they are used up or sold to other players.

Stop on the "TAX" tile
Pay taxes immediately to the bank imposed on you. All kinds of taxes must be submitted to the bank.
Road Tax
Players who stop at the tax box are required to pay according to the fees listed in the tax box.
Jail
Players required to go to jail:
- The pawn stops on the "go to jail" tile
- Get a prison order from a General Fund card or Opportunity card.
- Both dice show the same number 3 times.

Out of Jail
A player can get out of jail if:
- Dice roll shows the same number
- Buy a "Get Out of Jail" card from another player
- Paying fines to the bank
- The player is given the opportunity to roll the dice three times to get the same number, after that he must pay a payment penalty in accordance with the value of the fine.

Building
A. Houses
Houses can be purchased from banks and previously had to have 1 land complex to build a house. Houses can be purchased at any time with the amount according to his ability but must be evenly distributed per plot of 1 house and so on.
B. Hotels
Each player is required to own 4 houses in 1 Land Building series before he is allowed to buy 1 hotel. The hotel price has been determined on the title card. After buying the hotel, the player must surrender his 4 houses to the bank (on each building land is only allowed to build 1 hotel).
C. Electricity / Water Company
If the player stops at one of the plots of the electricity / water company that is already owned by someone, then the payment method is: 4 x number of dice numbers x lowest monopoly money unit. But if a player stops at one of the plots of the electricity/water company and both are owned by one of the other players, then the way to pay is 10 x the number of dice x the lowest monopoly money unit.
A. Free Parking (Free Parking)
If the player stops in the free parking lot then he only stops for a moment until the next turn.
B. Lack of Building
When the bank has run out of houses to sell to players, those who want to build houses must wait until one of the players returns their house to the bank. If there are more than 1 buyer, then the house is auctioned.
C. Selling Wealth
Unbuilt Building Land, Stations and Electric/Water Companies can be traded as private transactions between player and player for an unlimited price. Building land is prohibited from being sold and bought if in 1 Building Land complex there are still houses that have not been returned to the bank. Houses and hotels can be resold to the bank on the condition that the bank buys only half their cost. Regarding hotels being sold, the bank only pays half the official hotel price plus half the total price of 4 houses (the easiest details are selling a hotel -> price of 5 houses: 2).
D. Mortgage (Land can be mortgaged to the bank)
Land (property) can be mortgaged to the bank at a price that has been determined on the title card. How to buy land (property) that has been mortgaged is the cost of land (property) + 10% interest. Pawned land can be purchased by other players with an additional 10% interest (with the same details as before). If the land has a house, the bank can only buy half of the cost of the house.
E. Bankrupt (Bankrupt)
The player is declared bankrupt if the player is unable to pay the debt. All assets are handed over to creditors and stop playing. In this settlement the player who owns the houses or hotels must be handed over to the bank. The money must be paid to its creditors. And if the player does not have the money to pay taxes, fines or other penalties, the bank immediately auctions off all his wealth and the player is declared a loser.
Winner (Monopolis)
The winner is the player who has the most property, house, hotel and cash from the rent. In one game, each player will become bankrupt one by one. The last player standing wins.
Other Description
If a player owes another player, he can pay the debt in cash and half with his wealth. In this situation the creditor often buys a proprietary card at a higher price than the mortgage price. With the intent to block other players owning the land.
